Hello, I am Kaekwun “Kay” Kanjanapungka the owner of Kay Estate.
I was born in Bangkok, have lived in America,
Italy and England and have been a resident of Chiang Rai for almost 20 years.
I am fluent in both English and Thai.
We have two clients: the owner and the buyer or renter.
I help seller sell, buyers buy and tenants rent.
Owners.
Any price displayed is the one the owner has requested. Though I strive to obtain that price for the owner, I am always happy to submit any offer you choose to write.
Buyer/renter.
Tell me what you’re looking for, your price range and location and I’ll come back with recommendations that match as closely as possible.

We operate at both ends of the market: from the good value rental to the large land deal.
We have clients who do not wish to promote their property, land or business online so if you do not find it on this website it could still be worth your while to contact us.
We can also put you in touch and offer advice regarding lawyers, land laws, architects, engineers, translation and interpreters.
Our heartland is Chiang Rai and the surrounding area but if your interests are else where we have contacts with realtors from Chiang Mai to Phuket.
